We supply personal pendant alarms designed to support independent living. Product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge and accuracy, and we reserve the right to update details without prior notice.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are accepted online through our secure checkout. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. Prices include VAT where applicable.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch items within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
6. Warranty
All devices come with a 12-month warranty covering faults due to manufacturing. This does not cover accidental damage or misuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for loss or damage caused by improper use of our products. Pendant alarms are intended to support independence but do not replace full-time care.
